Update Process for the Universal New Thought Directory

Since 1992, the Find A Center directory system has existed in one form or another. Maintained by volunteers through ServingNewThought, a non-profit ministry, there are no fees for any of our services.

ServingNewThought maintains the largest free, public, New Thought Library in the world; gives free hosting, designs & training to any qualified New Thought Ministry; maintains over 200 New Thought Service and information websites, sends out free equipment to New Thought Centers in need and much more.

The system is an Open Source Directory meaning it is a compilation of public information enhanced through ongoing participation. It is part of the New Thought News system supplying information to New Thought Seekers from New Thought Seekers and Sharers around the globe for free.

It is the public's primary window into a New Thought center and often their first impression of its public presence.

Submissions, updates and information may be sent in by anyone, in fact since it is a public news resource, information is often provided by the public. Listings are sent in by people around the world.

People of high consciousness wishing to support centers of their choice can elect to Steward listings, thereby update the listing & raise its level of information, in reflection of their higher consciousness.

As the world evolves and transforms, New Thought evolves from 20th Century Thought into the New Millennium New Thought. New Thought is always new, just as the public is always sending in New inforrmation.

To complete the process, READ the info below, then follow the links!

Stewardship is the simplest way to get regular updates when needed and improve the level of information of a listing pertaining to any particular center with support from volunteers.

Listings that do not have a steward are covered with P.U.S. (the Public Update Service).

Stewardship & Prosperity Status is a better choice

Today ANYONE can steward ANY listing. If a ministry that has not taken responsibility for the information in the listing pertaining to that center. You can sign up and take over the responsibility of the information for the duration of your stewardship. *

Stewardship has been simplified over the last 20 years: (Read this, IT IS IMPORTANT)

Simply begin the process of registering a particular listing into Stewardship status by following the Stewardship instructions.
All PayPal tithes / donations contribute to the maintenance of the free New Thought Resources including this directory,the library system, free hosting and other resources that support you.
When you have followed these instructions, then call the supplied number to make an appointment for an update orientation session.
Once your subscription is verified, then you will be given an appointment with a volunteer minister at the earliest possible convenience.
Keep in mind that volunteer New Thought ministers are supporting you and tithing time to help you. Be polite and caring. Demonstrate an "Attitude of Gratitude" to insure you get the support you need.
If you think you cannot afford to support the free New Thought Resources, you can contact Serving New Thought about sending in an annual "letter of need".
Your appointment can include a tour of all the free services we provide New Thought ministries
or you can simply be guided through the update process.
For the duration that your tithe subscription is maintained, you will remain the steward of the particular listing(s) you are the steward for. They will have a heightened level of information. There is a 180 day probationary period to insure you are committed to your own prosperity through Walking Your Talk.
If your subscription(s) lapses for any of your listing(s), the respective listing(s) will return to charity status which will mean a diminished level of information, you will lose your stewardship and the listing(s) will be once again be covered with P.U.S.
If you choose charity, but wish enhanced listing support, it is your responsibility to insure that your annual letters of need show up on time, by January 15th each year. We do not send bills or invoices, thus it follows that we don't normally send out reminders that you need to send in your annual letter of need if you have chosen charity.

*If a ministry elects to steward the listing pertaining to its center, then this takes precedent over any previous stewardship.
